Seasons Fall '22 - Spring '24

At Old Navy, I streamlined our process and refocused our product strategy to create space for what actually matters: innovation, collaboration, and customer-first thinking.

I removed the busywork and inefficiencies that kept the team from doing their best work, reducing over-development by 18% and cutting approval rounds by 32%. I also restructured the women's denim assortment to eliminate style cannibalization and clarify our messaging—making sure every SKU served a purpose, told the seasonal story, and addressed key market trends.
