My personal mission is to leave product assortments and team cultures better than when I joined.

I have spent 15 years developing a customer-focused lens and a knack for improving how we work. My experience across multiple categories and global businesses has helped me see the business of fashion from multiple angles. 

Throughout my career, I've had the pleasure of launching several categories and programs. I am most proud of my time developing and running the intern program at Chico’s FAS where I created a comprehensive training environment for budding designers used for two of their brands. I leveraged this experience as a professor at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and in writing my first book.
